At TYN MFG, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item being delivered.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at TYN.pouchtainers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping Costs
• TYN MFG Covers Return Shipping if:
• You received an incorrect item.
• Your custom item was made incorrectly (wrong engraving, wrong specifications, etc.).
• The item is defective due to a manufacturer issue.
• Customer Covers Return Shipping if:
• You are returning the item for a refund for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong size, etc.).
• Refunds in this case will be processed once:
1. A valid return tracking number is provided.
2. The item is received back in our warehouse.
3. The item passes inspection to ensure it is unused and in original condition.
Custom Engraved Items
• All custom engraved items are final sale.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for custom engraved products unless there is an error in the engraving made by TYN MFG.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Additional Notes
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
• TYN MFG reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
